Mortgage Process

We love helping our clients buy their dream homes, and because of our unique mortgage loan process, we do it faster and with more care than anyone in the industry. Here's how we get your commitment in 72 hours and close your loan in 7 days:

Day 1

You'll tell us your story. We'll help you pick a loan.

We'll start the loan process by asking you about your goals, aspirations, and obstacles. We'll get a clear picture of your situation, then walk you through the options that could be right for you. We'll help you pick your loan (both the loan program and the interest rate) and take your application, and then one of our "loan openers" will get in touch with you later in the day to tell you what documents we need for your conditional approval.

Day 2

You'll show us your story. We'll order an appraisal and submit your loan for underwriting.

On Day 2, you'll send us the documents that we requested on Day 1. We'll order an appraisal, title insurance, tax transcripts, verification of employment, and a few other documents needed for closing. One of our loan processors will review the documents and "pre-underwrite" the loan, then submit the loan for underwriting.

Day 3

We'll have your conditional approval, and your loan commitment.

When your loan receives conditional approval on Day 3, it will come with the list of conditions that need to be fulfilled in order to schedule the closing. We will issue you a loan commitment subject to these conditions to show parties of the transaction the status of your loan. The loan processor will communicate these conditions to you, and prepare anything else required.

Day 4

You'll send us the documents needed for closing.

On Day 4, you'll work on sending us the documents that were outlined in the conditional approval on Day 3. You'll also have Day 5 to send these items to us.

Days 5-6

You'll send us any outstanding documents. We'll submit the loan to the underwriter.

If you weren't able to send us certain documents on Day 4, you can send them to us on this day instead. We'll also receive the third-party documents that we ordered on Day 2. Once we have everything we need, the loan processor will organize and submit the loan to the underwriter for "clear to close."

Day 7

We'll close your loan anywhere at anytime, 7 days a week.

Once the underwriter has reviewed and signed off on the loan, it will receive the clear to close. This will allow the loan to be scheduled for closing, which our agents will do with you any time and any place, 7 days a week.

Whether you want to meet at your home, office, or nearest Starbucks®, on Saturday, at 6am, or while your car is getting washed, we'll be available 24 hours a day to get you on your way to owning your new home!
